Dear Parents and Guardians,

Please see below some important upcoming dates for your diary:

• We have been officially informed by the Office of the Returning Officer that our school will be used as a polling station for the Presidential Election on Friday 24th October 2025 - school will be closed on this day.
• As a result of the above closure, our Pumpkin Competition will now take place on Thursday 23rd October. We very much look forward to all our fantastic entries.
• Swimming Lessons will commence for 2nd, 4th & 6th classes in Aura on Friday 7th November at 10am and will continue for 6 weeks. Lessons for 1st, 3rd and 5th classes will take place in March/April 2026. Further details will follow on Aladdin.
• Please find attached the winners of September's Certificates of Achievement - well done everyone!
• Congratulations to Isobel Doyle from 5th Class who achieved 100% attendance last year! And a huge well done to Anthony (AJ) Kiernan, Skye Smith, Jayden Kiernan, Katie Finlay, Rhys McWeeney, Amelia Pentony Fullam, Noah Rogers, Archie Smith, Isabella Crossman and Lily O'Kane who all achieved fantastic attendance.
• The Parents' Association is very kindly subsidising the 6th Class Graduation hoodies this year - we thank them for all their fundraising efforts and wish the new committee and volunteers a very successful year - PA newsletter to follow.
• Congratulations to the St. Mary's lads on their fantastic performance winning the championship - the children were very excited to receive a visit from them today!
